Drove down to Rosarito with Montserrat on a random Wednesday in January. It was my third and her first time in Baja.

We went to a place with karaoke. We ordered fish tacos and a Piña colada. After I learnt she doesn't f*** with fish like that.

She made this sweet fire and we ended up sleeping on the bluff instead of driving back. We had just enough kit.

There ended up being a brush fire a mile or 2 from where we were eating. Couldn't escape the smoke 100 miles away from LA. The ash rained down on my beans and we went home. God bless Mexico. Can’t wait to explore more of it.
