A recipe on a post it note:
It’s pretty easy but I can never remember the temperature.
Ingredients
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Dill
Lemon
Salmon
Preparation
- Smack the salmon into the middle of a high walled backing dish
- Oil it
- Season it with everything but the lemon
- Optionally cover tightly with foil over the lid of dish and poke with a couple holes
- Bake it for 20 minutes at 425 degrees depending on girth
- Lemon it up and eat! Put whatever other seasonings you’re in the mood for. Lemon wedges and veggies go nicely next to the fish and cayenne is always yummy
