The story of the monitor is all said and done in the video, but the story of the video will live here in writing.
There's a lot of things and projects and ideas that I want to do but they're not really cohesive. They don't serve some end goal or tie in to a narrative thats going to get me to the top of my anything. The only way I can imagine the things I want to do having a chance at positively impacting society is making videos. Not to say that this or these videos im going to make are for other people or even help other people. It's just that video is the most tangible medium that can hold, display, and output; stories, art, and narrative, in the most accessible way that I know of. Thats to say its somewhere to put the ideas and a reason to do them.
Every week. Sunday. I’m going to try and post a video. Rain or shine. This project actually meant to go out last Sunday but the monitor only got finished on Saturday, and Sunday was an epic bomb in almost every way. So it goes out Today. Honorary Sunday (Monday because I was up too late. (The pressure of a deadline still got the video out)). It was all a lot more work than I thought and it still didn't turn out how I had envisioned it in my head. A theme that seems to stick with almost everything I do. I like it though. Lots of good tricks learnt in Logic and Final Cut. Fun to make it and have a purpose for that week while doing other things. Fun to make the “song” for it. Fun to show my friends. Thank you to my friends who helped. I’m sorry Sadie if I was a little grumpy towards the end..
Anyway ill put some fun little progress pictures and add anything I think of worth saying here with an edit
